Construction update for the week of April 14th
Forming, rebar and shotcrete for new shear walls continues on Level B. Rebar for new shear walls is being placed on levels A and 1. Utility re-routing is ongoing in corridors and barricaded areas on Levels A and 1. Installation of the new fire water tank system in Parking Lot E is complete. Finish work for New Histology space ongoing.

Construction update for the week of March 24th and 31st
Forming, rebar and shotcrete for new shear walls continues on Level B. Rebar for new shear walls is being placed on levels A and 1. Utility re-routing is ongoing in corridors and barricaded areas on Levels A and 1. Corridor closures remain in A6. Installation of the new fire water tank system in Parking Lot E is ongoing and is scheduled for completion on 04/01/2013. Finish work for New Histology space ongoing.

Construction update for the week of February 24th
Demolition and abatement is nearly complete on 2-West and 3-West, wall framing will begin early next week. Corridor and elevator lobby ceilings on levels A and 3 have been removed to access and remove abandoned cabling and conduit . Framing for new walls are continuing on levels A-South, A-West and 2 South.

Concrete foundations, forming, rebar and shotcrete for new shear walls continues on Level B. Rebar for new shear walls is being placed on levels A and 1. Utility re-routing is ongoing in corridors and barricaded areas on Levels A and 1. Corridor closures remain in A4 and A7. Application of new fireproofing is complete on levels 10-4. Installation of the new fire water tank system in Parking Lot E is ongoing. Last foundation pour on Level B.

Chilled water serving the CHS complex will be shut-down over the MLK weekend. Air conditioning in tenant areas will not be available. Concrete foundations, forming, rebar and shotcrete for new shear walls continues on Level B. Rebar for new shear walls is being placed on levels A and 1. Utility re-routing is ongoing in corridors and barricaded areas on Levels A and 1. Corridor closures remain in A4 and A7.

Excavations for new fire water tank system will begin in Parking Lot E.
